reated and seasoned mahogany, Bona finish, single panel of natural Indian leather suspended over a wide-stance base. The leather tensions across the frame like a hammock — only sturdier, and easier to get out of when the doorbell rings.

Stripped back on purpose. The leather will mark where you sit. The wood will scuff where you put your feet up. That's the whole point — a chair that keeps a record of its own use.
